Booking Terms & Conditions

Beau Bell Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a photography studio available for booking, including access to various amenities such as the kitchen, steamer, and other props. By making a booking, you agree to these Booking Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Process
Reservations:
Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit is required. The deposit is refundable for bookings cancelled 72 hours prior. The balance will be due 45 hours before the day of the booking.
Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit and provide you with a confirmation email outlining the details of your booking.
2. Studio Use and Amenities
Studio Access:
You are granted access to the studio, including the kitchen, steamer, and other props, for the duration of your booking. The studio is to be used solely for the purposes outlined in your booking.
Kitchen and Equipment:
Kitchen: Use of the kitchen is permitted for preparation of food and beverages. Please clean up after use and dispose of waste appropriately.
Steamer and Props: Equipment and props provided are to be used with care. Report any damage or malfunctions to us immediately.
Restrictions:
Prohibited Items: The use of items such as hazardous materials or substances is strictly prohibited in the studio.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the studio premises.
3. Fire Safety and Emergency Procedures
Fire Escape Routes:
Escape Routes: Fire escape routes are clearly marked within the studio premises. Familiarise yourself with these routes upon arrival.
Exit Doors: Do not block or obstruct any fire exit doors. Ensure that they remain accessible at all times.
Emergency Procedures:
In Case of Fire: In the event of a fire, immediately evacuate the studio using the nearest fire escape route. Follow any instructions provided by emergency services or our staff.
Fire Extinguishers: Fire extinguishers are located throughout the studio. Only use them if it is safe to do so and you are trained in their use. Otherwise, evacuate the premises and call emergency services.
Reporting Hazards:
Report any fire hazards or safety concerns to us immediately. Promptly addressing potential risks helps ensure the safety of all users.
4. Responsibilities
Damage:
You are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or props that occurs during your booking. Any damage must be reported immediately, and you may be charged for repairs or replacement costs.
Clean-Up:
You must leave the studio in the condition it was found. This includes cleaning up any mess, disposing of trash, and ensuring that all equipment and props are returned to their original locations.
Conduct:
You are responsible for the behaviour of all participants in your booking. Ensure that all individuals adhere to these terms and conduct themselves respectfully and safely.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation by You:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least [insert notice period, e.g., 48 hours] notice. The deposit is non-refundable, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking if possible.
Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date.
6. Liability
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beau Bell Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the studio or its amenities.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beau Bell Studio from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your use of the studio, including any injury or damage to third parties.
7. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your use of the studio. This includes health and safety regulations and any other legal requirements relevant to your activities.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Booking Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the studio constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
